The optional Wathila voice trial starts after your consent. Audio and service instructions are sent to OpenAI, and the service and storage use Cloudflare outside Saudi Arabia. The application does not retain visitor audio recordings or conversation transcripts; OpenAI may retain backend response state for up to 30 days. Cookies protect sessions and usage limits, and a daily identifier derived from the network address helps prevent abuse. If you confirm a contact request, the name, contact methods and message are stored encrypted for up to 90 days after the request closes. The request is sent to and an acknowledgement to your confirmed email address. A response within 24 hours is a target, not a guarantee. Request consent does not include marketing.
