An introductory demo — wathila’s website is still in development

This page presents the product concept and intended uses; some examples are illustrative. Wathila already operates as a customer service agent on the Wathl website. Customer availability, pricing and instructions for connecting your website or services will be announced later.

Try the live customer service agent on Wathl. Voice sessions run for up to 5 minutes, subject to availability and usage limits.

Try wathila on Wathl
A product by wathl A Saudi voice agent that lives on your website or platform

Your customers talk. wathila answers in their dialect.

She answers questions, confirms orders, takes new ones and opens tickets in natural speech. She introduces herself as an AI assistant, answers only from your information, and hands over to your staff with a summary when needed.

Why now?

Give customers a clear way to reach you

More time

An agent can help with recurring questions so your team can focus on requests that need people.

Direct contact

Help visitors explore your services and prepare a contact request through your website.

Clear limits

The current Wathl trial supports up to four concurrent voice sessions, subject to availability.

The product

One agent, wherever your customers reach you

Set the greeting, voice and knowledge once, and wathila works across every channel with the same personality.

Website widget

A small button on your site or store. Customers tap it and talk right from the browser.

Inside your platform

An app in platform app stores, or an embed package you place in your customers' dashboard.

WhatsApp voice notes

Customers send a voice note in their dialect, and wathila understands it, replies and completes the order.

Phone number

Next phase

Answers your existing number when busy or after hours, or calls to confirm orders.

Says she's an AI assistant from the first sentence, and never claims to be human.
Answers only from your information. If she isn't sure, she says so and offers a handover.
Confirms key details before acting: name, mobile, address, amount and time.
Hands over with a summary on anger, complaints or request, so customers don't repeat themselves.
Never takes card details by voice. Payment goes through a secure link.
Handles mixed Arabic and English, like "أبغى أسوي cancel للأوردر".
For online stores

A cash-on-delivery order isn't real until it's confirmed

Unconfirmed orders ship, then get refused at the door or the customer doesn't answer, so you pay shipping twice. Confirming by phone eats your team's time.

  • Calls the customer minutes after the order and confirms the items and amount.
  • Takes the national short address and confirms it before shipping.
  • Asks for a good delivery time and notes it for the courier.
  • Updates the order in your store: confirmed, cancelled with a reason, or needs review.
  • If the customer doesn't answer, retries, then sends a WhatsApp confirmation.

Direct orders save the commission, but the line is busy at peak time

From 11 to 2 and from 8 to 10 pm, the cashier is busy and the phone keeps ringing. A customer's voice note waits an hour before anyone hears it.

  • Takes orders by phone or WhatsApp voice note, and understands "medium", "with oat milk" and "no sugar" in Saudi Arabic.
  • Answers from your menu: prices, sizes, ingredients, hours and branches.
  • Suggests one fitting add-on, without pushing.
  • Sets pickup or delivery and the time, and sends a payment link.
  • Sends the order straight to your POS and kitchen.

Half your support tickets are answered in your help center already

"How do I issue an invoice?", "Where's the report?", "Why does my subscription say expired?" Your team answers the same questions every day, and customers who can't find answers cancel.

  • A voice button inside your dashboard, so customers talk while staying on the same page.
  • Answers from your help center and docs, and takes the customer to the right page.
  • Knows the customer's account (with your permission): plan, invoices and subscription status.
  • Opens a ticket with a clear summary when needed, so your team picks up where she left off.
  • White-label under your brand if you prefer.

A plan that fits your customer base, with a white-label option.

FAQ

Before you try

Does she understand my customers' dialect?

By default she speaks neutral "white" Saudi Arabic that everyone understands, and moves closer to the caller's dialect. We test each dialect on real samples before claiming support, and during the trial we share results from your real conversations so you can judge.

Does she tell customers she's an AI?

Yes, from the first sentence. If a customer asks "Are you human?", she clearly says she's an AI assistant and offers a handover whenever asked.

What if she doesn't know the answer?

She doesn't guess. She says she isn't sure, offers to transfer to your staff or take a message, and sends you a summary.

Where is my customers' data stored?

We're designing the product to host data inside Saudi Arabia and comply with the Personal Data Protection Law. The contract states where data is kept, for how long, and how it's deleted. Full details will be in the privacy policy at launch.

Do I need a developer?

Not for stores and restaurants: install an app and configure it from the dashboard. SaaS platforms add one embed line, and can use the API for deeper integration.

Can she take payments?

She never takes card details by voice. She sends the customer a secure payment link from your payment gateway.
